After Kolkata Knight Riders, singer Drake bets more than 5 crores on India for IND vs PAK T20 World Cup 2024 showdown

The India vs Pakistan clash has an extraordinary craze and it got eyes from all over the world on it. It even attracted the attention of renowned rapper Drake who has bet $650,000, which is Rs 5.42 crores on India for the much-anticipated clash against Pakistan in match 19 of the T20 World Cup 2024 at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York, on June 9. 

Drake makes hefty bet on Team India

Drake is known for placing bets on sports matches, be it football, UFC fights, or Boxing matches. Recently, he started betting on cricket matches as well. He placed a bet of $250,000 on Kolkata Knight Riders for their IPL 2024 Final clash against Sunriser Hyderabad. Now, he added another bet on a cricket match and this time it is the iconic India vs Pakistan. KKR ended up winning the match against SRH and Drake made a fortune. If India ended up winning the match against Pakistan, the Canadian rapper would make almost a Million dollars ($910,000).

Rain is playing a factor in the India vs Pakistan clash. It caused a toss delay but yet there's no reduction in over. Babar Azam won the toss and elected to bowl first. This game is crucial for the Men in Green in order to keep their chances of reaching the Super 8 alive. However, their confidence must have taken a big hit after the embarrassing loss against the USA. The bad news is that rain returned again after the toss and delayed the match further on.
