The season 2 of the Women's Premier League (WPL 2024) will kick off with defending champions Mumbai Indians crossing swords against the Delhi Capitals on February 23.
The season 2 Women's Premier League (WPL) will begin on February 23 with the final slated to be played on March 17. In an exclusive information obtained by the Sports Tak, the WPL 2024 will be played across two venues with the first leg of the tournament taking place at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru while the second leg, including the Eliminator and the Final will be held at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. A total of 22 matches have been scheduled to be played across 24 days.
The tournament will kick off with defending champions Mumbai Indians crossing swords against the Delhi Capitals. All the matches of the tournament will begin at 7:30 PM IST and there are no doubleheaders scheduled.
