Former cricketer Sunil Gavaskar lambasted Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) seamer Vaibhav Arora for his decision to go for a review against Delhi Capitals (DC) Kuldeep Yadav. The incident occurred on the last ball of the 18th over. Gavaskar was convinced Kuldeep Yadav was out LBW, although it appeared the ball was going down the leg side. Vaibhav forced KKR captain Shreyas Iyer to go for the review. However, the DRS showed that the ball was not hitting the stumps.

"Shocking review. Absolute shocker. What a waste of a review. Should have thought about this team. Look that there are 11 balls left. Kuldeep Yadav is playing well. It's a 29-run partnership," Sunil Gavaskar said during the mid-match against DC.
