After leading CSK to a record-tying fifth Indian Premier League (IPL) last year, MS Dhoni is gearing up to lead the franchise in yet another edition of the cash-rich tournament.
Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain MS Dhoni sent the fans into a frenzy after he stopped to sign autographs during a training session at the Chepauk Stadium. In a video shared by the CSK franchise on their official social media platforms, Dhoni was spotted signing autographs for fans, who were absolutely ecstatic with the legend's gesture.

MS Dhoni gearing up for IPL 2024
After leading CSK to a record-tying fifth Indian Premier League (IPL) last year, Dhoni is gearing up to lead the franchise in yet another edition of the cash-rich tournament. The wicketkeeper-batter has started training for the upcoming season of the cash-rich tournament and he was spotted batting in the nets at the CSK camp in Chepauk.
After last season's competition, Dhoni underwent surgery for a knee problem that bugged him throughout IPL 2023. This year though, Dhoni looks in supreme shape and his fitness appears to be top-notch.
Dhoni eyes 6th IPL crown as CSK captain
Dhoni has led the Super Kings in 14 editions of the cash-rich tournament and his record is impeccable. He has won five titles - 2010, 2011, 2018, 2021 and 2023 - while leading the franchise to 10 finals. In seasons 2008, 2012, 2013, 2015 and 2019, Dhoni's CSK finished as the runners-up of IPL.
