'Spot the real Sachin Tendulkar': God of Cricket poses with his doppelganger wax statue at Madame Tussauds' museum in New York

Legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar attended the high-octane India vs Pakistan clash in match 19 of the ongoing edition of the T20 World Cup 2024 at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York, on June 9 (Sunday). After Men in Blue's big win, the God of Cricket also visited the Madame Tussauds wax statue museum in New York, USA, and even posed with his statue.

ICC posted a video of the iconic Sachin Tendulkar visiting the Madame Tussauds wax statue museum where he saw and posed with his statue. The statue was wearing the new Indian Addidas jersey. A kit that came almost a decade after Sachin's retirement from International cricket. The video of Sachin Tendulkar with his statue is now going viral all across the social space at a rapid pace.

Sachin's hilarious jibe at Pakistan team

After the big India vs Pakistan match in the T20 World Cup, the God of Cricket took a hilarious jibe at the Pakistan cricket team for their loss against the inaugural champions. He wrote a tweet highlighting different continent but the result of the clash between India and Pakistan remains the same.

"India vs Pakistan. New continent, same result. T20 may be a batters’ game, but in New York, bowlers were the Apple of our eyes today. What a thrilling match! Great atmosphere and a wonderful exhibition of our great game in America. Well played, India," Sachin Tendulkar wrote from his official ‘X’ account formerly known as Twitter. This post also went viral on the internet after the iconic clash. India came out victorious in the low-scoring thriller and got on top of Group A with four points. On the other hand, this loss put Pakistan in a must-win situation for both remaining games against Canada and Ireland.
