Indian captain Rohit Sharma who is often seen entertaining his team was seen in a superstitious mood during the first Test match against Bangladesh.  The 37-year-old, with a twinkle in his eye, cheekily switched the bails to the striker’s end, all while laughing and casting his “spell” on the game at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. However, this is not yet clear whether this particular occurrence happened during the first or second innings. Earlier, fans witnessed Virat Kohli switching bails when India struggled to take wickets. 
 

The video of Rohit Sharma casting a spell has gone viral on social media in no time and fans also started reacting on it, here is the clip. 

Rohit Sharma's performance in 1st Test against Bangladesh

 

Indian captain who was in great touch during the ODI series against Sri Lanka failed to perform in the first Test match against Bangladesh. He just scored six and five runs respectively.

India's 1st Test win against Bangladesh

 

Despite likes of Rohit and Kohli's poor outings, India managed a dominating victory in the first Test match against Bangladesh. Indian all-rounders Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja were in great touch with the bat when the hosts were struggling. Ashwin smashed a century in the first innings whereas Jadeja scored 86 runs. After that in the second innings, young batters Rishabh Pant and Shubman Gill smashed centuries which helped India to set the target of 515 runs which helped India to win the series by 280 runs. 

 

India vs Bangladesh 2nd Test match

 

India will play two Test matches against Bangladesh and the second match is scheduled to start from September 27 which will be played at Green Park Stadium in Kanpur. After India's dominating win in 1st Test match, the Board of Control for Cricket in India announced the same squad for the second Test as well.
