Pakistan hockey team supports China in AFC Asian Champions Trophy final days after verbal spat with India during league match

Pakistan hockey team was spotted supporting China in the final of the AFC Asian Champions Trophy against India.

Pakistan hockey players were seen having China flags during the hockey AFC Asian Champions Trophy final between China and India on September 17. Unbeaten India have stormed into the final defeating Korea in the semifinal on September 16. If India manages to win the final, this will be their fifth title which is most by any team. 

 

The pictures and videos of Pakistan players supporting China have gone viral on the social sphere, here are the proofs.

India also faced Pakistan during their league match after confirming their berth to the semifinal of the marquee event. Both India and Pakistan players were involved in a verbal spat during the 50th minute of the match.  When India were leading 2-1. Pakistan were on counter-attack but they made a mess of opportunity. In the Indian D, Ashraf Rana's harsh tackle led to Jugraj Singh fall on the ground. Amad Butt even pushed Jarmanpreet Singh during a verbal spat in which the referees intervened.
