In a riveting encounter at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium in Hyderabad on Saturday, Dabang Delhi K.C. clinched a 39-33 win against U Mumba in their latest match of the Pro Kabaddi League Season 10. Ashu Malik, leading from the front for Dabang Delhi K.C., amassed a remarkable 17 raid points, while U Mumba's top performer Guman Singh secured 13 raid points.
The match commenced with a flurry of lead changes, keeping the audience on the edge of their seats. U Mumba initially gained an upper hand, leading 9-5, but Dabang Delhi K.C. bounced back into contention with some solid defensive tactics. Vishal Bhardwaj’s entry and his two Super Tackles reinvigorated Dabang Delhi K.C.'s efforts. In a dramatic twist towards the end of the first half, U Mumba executed an All-Out to take a narrow lead. However, Ashu Malik’s multi-point raid for Dabang Delhi K.C. balanced the score at 16-16 as the teams entered the halftime break.
The second half saw Dabang Delhi K.C. intensifying their gameplay, with Ashu Malik quickly adding three points to the scoreboard. The situation further tipped in Delhi's favor when Pranay Rane of U Mumba stepped into the lobby, leading to an All-Out. This moved Dabang Delhi K.C. ahead with a 22-17 score just three minutes into the second half.
Despite Dabang Delhi K.C. seemingly taking control, U Mumba's Guman Singh brought his team back into contention with a stunning Super Raid, freeing himself from four defenders, narrowing the gap to 28-25.
As the game progressed into the final 10 minutes, Dabang Delhi K.C., reduced to three men, faced a potential comeback from U Mumba. U Mumba's strategic substitution, bringing in Heidarali Ekrami, paid off as he scored crucial points, reducing the lead to a mere three points at 33-36.
In a climactic finish, Manjeet of Dabang Delhi K.C. executed a brilliant Super Tackle in the last minute, securing a sensational victory for his team.
